The Factory House offers a rare combination: industrial architecture with a warm, lived-in interior, surrounded by water and nature. Natural light floods every space throughout the day. Every room, every corner, every view tells a story. Suitable for editorial and brand shoots, product photography, social media content, and film and video productions. The garden and waterfront are also available as standalone outdoor locations.
