The Factory House offers management teams a full day away from the office, in a space that is beautiful, calm, and genuinely inspiring. You meet in the study. You eat well. And if you want to unlock creative thinking, you spend time in the atelier, where a hands-on workshop teaches you to let go of control and follow the process.
Creative work like this can't be forced. It resists a script, follows its own logic, surprises you. That is exactly what makes it work. Because learning to follow a process rather than force an outcome is the same skill that drives good strategic thinking. The Factory House provides the space. The rest follows.
Sample day programme
This is an example. Every part can be booked separately or adapted to your team.
The workshop is led by an external facilitator, in a format agreed together, for example Ecoline, drawing or another creative format. Max. 8 participants plus the facilitator.

Rates meeting & workshop
All prices excl. VAT. Full day programme is made to measure, quote on request. The venue hire prices above apply to standard groups up to 8 people. For a group of 15 to 20, the spaces are adapted accordingly and a custom quote follows; lunch then moves to the kitchen or, weather permitting, outside. Working with your own chef instead of the lunch above is also possible, the kitchen is then made available.
